What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in CS/engineering/biology/chemistry.
- 5+ years designing, developing, debugging complex distributed systems.
- Expert in Python, pytest, packaging, Django.
- Expert in GoLang, testing, packaging, client/server.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLite, relational DB optimization.
- Experience in Life Sciences, HPC, AWS, Docker, containerized systems.
- Skilled in unit & end-to-end testing, CI/CD, source control, code review.
- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms.
