QA/Test Engineer

About the role

Software Engineering team at WIN Home Inspection builds proptech platforms for mobile and web. The QA/Test Engineer ensures product reliability by testing end‑to‑end user journeys, designing manual and automated test cases, and performing API testing with Postman. Works closely with Product, Engineering, and Design in an Agile environment, collaborating on sprint planning and release validation. Remote work model, flexible schedule, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design, write, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Test end‑to‑end user flows across web and mobile applications
• Perform API testing to validate functionality and performance
• Identify, document, track and verify defects using JIRA
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews and release validation

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years software quality assurance experience
• Hands‑on automation with Selenium, Cypress or Appium
• API testing using Postman
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
