Define policies, standards, lifecycle governance, data protection, DLP, access models, monitoring, auditing, and reporting. Drive adoption through playbooks, enablement, and roadmap alignment. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, and responsible AI principles. 12+ years enterprise IT solution design, 2+ years Copilot, 4+ years Power Platform. Bachelor's degree in CS/IS. Hybrid work model in India.
What you’ll do
- Define & own governance framework for Copilot & Studio
- Establish policies, standards, guardrails for agent lifecycle
- Design & maintain agent lifecycle governance
- Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance teams
- Enforce data protection & DLP controls
- Govern access models & permissions for Copilot & connectors
- Act as enterprise authority on Copilot governance
- Define monitoring, auditing, reporting for Copilot usage
- Contribute to adoption & enablement with playbooks
- Monitor Copilot roadmap & provide architectural guidance
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field
- 12+ years enterprise IT solution design & development
- 2+ years Microsoft 365 Copilot experience
- 4+ years Power Platform & low‑code architecture
Nice to have
- PowerShell & C# scripting experience
- Azure resource experience for Copilot extensibility
- Prompt governance & responsible AI principles
- Design agents: intents, actions, orchestration, fallback, human‑in‑loop
- Operationalize DLP policies balancing risk & productivity
- Lead across Security, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, Communications
- Partner with adoption/comms teams for playbooks & enablement
