• Develop enterprise strategy and governance models

• Integrate automated checks into workflows

• Represent company publicly as thought leader

What you’ll bring

• 11+ years experience in accessibility or digital ethics
• Deep knowledge of WCAG and assistive technologies
• Strong understanding of AI ethics topics
• Experience advising cross‑functional teams
• Experience designing scalable tools or frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
