About the role

Asset Management Solutions Architect Manager on Accenture's Intelligent Asset Management team, which designs and delivers technology solutions for asset health monitoring and predictive analytics. Leads solution architecture, estimation, and costing for complex integration projects across Oil & Gas, Utilities, and related industries, collaborating with onshore SMEs and delivery teams. Based in Pune, India, on-site work model with occasional travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Architect and estimate complex system integration and application support projects
• Gather requirements and develop staffing plans with onshore and SME teams
• Generate costing and pricing inputs and create solution plans
• Obtain delivery approvals and update operational systems
• Collaborate with talent fulfillment teams on sourcing strategy

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years industry experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Utilities or Transportation
• Deep knowledge of asset maintenance processes and health monitoring
• Expertise with EAM/APM tools such as IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, GE APM
• Experience with EPPM tools like Oracle P6, Unifier
• Proven ability to design and implement asset management applications for manufacturing facilities
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
