About the role

Wells Fargo seeks an Associate Fraud and Claims Operations Representative in Bengaluru, India, to support the fraud and claims team by managing customer inquiries and investigating complex account activities. The role involves capturing claim details, researching account history for fraud patterns, and maintaining exceptional customer service within a call center environment. This is a full-time position requiring rotational shifts, including weekends and US night hours.

What you’ll do

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers about their claims
• Conduct research and provide updates on the status of new and existing claims
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through thorough research of complex account activity
• Perform routine customer support tasks while balancing service and investigative research
• Identify fraud patterns by reviewing account history and comparing check images
• Ensure all procedural steps are followed as per company policy
• Receive direction from team lead and escalate questions to more experienced roles
• Interact with colleagues and network with supporting functional areas

What you’ll bring

• 6+ months of customer service support experience or equivalent
• Ability to identify fraud patterns by reviewing account history
• Flexibility to adhere to business requirements and rotational shifts
• Willingness to work complete US shifts (Indian Night Shifts) including weekends
