Accenture seeks a Quality Auditing Associate in Mumbai to manage supply chain warranty operations and aftermarket service support. The role involves defining warranty offerings, analyzing data to reduce costs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality control. This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations
• Define warranty offerings and run outsourced after-sales warranty support programs
• Evaluate customer feedback and planned versus actual costs of warranty coverage
• Use warranty data analytics to reduce cost and improve product quality
• Increase recoveries from suppliers and design/deploy warranty solutions
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work
• Participate in rotational shifts as required

What you’ll bring

• BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• Good automotive warranty knowledge
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
