Graduate Engineer Trainee – Electronics & Embedded Systems

About the role

Quest Global seeks Electronics Engineering graduates for the Graduate Engineer Trainee program in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This internship role provides structured training and hands-on experience with embedded systems, firmware, and semiconductor solutions alongside senior engineers. The position is based on-site in India.

What you’ll do

• Participate in technical training and capability development programs
• Support development, testing, debugging, and validation of embedded software
• Work with microcontrollers, processors, and peripheral devices
• Assist in board bring-up, hardware validation, and troubleshooting
• Support design reviews and technical documentation activities
• Participate in software integration and system testing
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams
• Complete assigned certifications and learning paths

What you’ll bring

• Electronics Engineering degree
• Knowledge of Digital Electronics and Computer Architecture
• Understanding of Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, and Communication Protocols
• Proficiency in C programming
• Familiarity with Embedded Systems concepts

Nice to have

• Exposure to ARM Cortex-based controllers or Embedded C
• Knowledge of Device Drivers, RTL Concepts, or FPGA Basics
• Experience with Automotive protocols like CAN or LIN
• Familiarity with Linux or RTOS environments
