SAP Project Manager

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking an SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4 HANA end-to-end and roll-out projects, with a strong focus on Asia Pacific implementations and mandatory China localization experience (Golden Tax, e-invoicing). Day-to-day, the role covers full project lifecycle ownership from requirement gathering through production cutover and support, resource rationalization for billability, operational risk and issue management, team performance reviews, quality benchmarking, client relationship management, and P&L responsibility including margin targets, revenue recognition, and forecasting. The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for process establishment and rationalization of resources for better billability resulting in optimized resource utilization
• Manage operational tasks, issues, and risks for the projects
• Review team performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement improvement plans
• Follow quality standards for the projects and meet organizational and customer quality benchmarks
• Improve operational efficiency and work on opportunities for continuous improvements
• Maintain close relations with customers to forecast upcoming opportunities and plan accordingly
• Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and other stakeholders
• Perform project/program status monitoring and reporting

What you’ll bring

• 12 to 15 years of experience in SAP and SAP Project Management
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA E2E and Roll-Out projects
• Experience in S/4 HANA implementation in the Asia Pacific region
• China experience is mandatory
• Localization experience in Golden Tax, e-invoicing, etc.
• Experience in functional modules such as SAP FI/LE-MM, SAP WM, SD, PP-QM, etc.
• Experience in Transition Management and Enhancement/small project implementation using Agile Methodology
• Experience across all phases of the project life cycle including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, production cutover, and support
