About the role
Accenture’s Capital Markets Services team seeks a Quality Auditing Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to ensure independent quality assurance for equity and fixed income trade confirmations. The role involves conducting audits, validating SOP adherence, performing root cause analysis, and coaching teams on quality standards. This is a 100% RTO position requiring night shift availability.
What you’ll do
- Perform independent quality assurance and audit of trade confirmation and settlement processes
- Validate adherence to SOPs, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Drive root cause analysis of defects and recommend preventive controls
- Monitor resolution of unmatched and disputed trades with brokers
- Review complex or high-value transactions and provide guidance
- Coach team members on audit observations and quality standards
- Define and standardize SOPs, checklists, and control frameworks
- Report audit findings, error trends, and risk themes to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations or related domain
- Graduate degree preferably in MBA, Commerce, or BCom
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
