Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Mulund West, Mumbai, you will create outstanding customer experiences by welcoming shoppers, guiding them through the store, and showcasing products. Day-to-day duties include sharing fashion and product knowledge, collaborating with the Store Team, keeping the sales floor and back of house stocked and organized, supporting store opening and closing, and representing the brand positively. This full-time role follows a 5-day work week.

What you’ll do

• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting
• Support with opening and closing of the store
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions
• Welcome customers and guide them through the store
• Support customers in finding what they need while showcasing products
• Act in line with company values to contribute to personal and company success
