Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. The role involves defining API contracts, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers within a culture focused on technical ownership and growth. This position is based in Noida, Gurugram, or Pune with an On-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Angular
• Define API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems
• Develop reusable backend components following clean architecture
• Lead development of Angular components and state management solutions
• Optimize application performance through caching and JVM tuning
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including testing
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and debugging

What you’ll bring

• 6-7 years of experience in Java Full Stack development
• Proficiency in Angular 14+ including NgRx and RxJS
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Experience with REST APIs, JPA, and Multithreading

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MongoDB, Oracle, or MS SQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Git
• Understanding of RabbitMQ or similar message-oriented middleware
• Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure security best practices
