About the role
SBI Card seeks an Assistant Vice President in Mumbai to drive strategic digital acquisition via the YONO platform and enhance Banca channel productivity. The role involves managing end-to-end project implementation, stakeholder coordination with SBI entities, and overseeing launch metrics for card sourcing. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai, India.
What you’ll do
- Manage new process implementation and increase sourcing through YONO platform
- Drive key projects to enhance productivity of SBI Card Banca Channel
- Lead BRD preparation, UAT, testing, and structured launch plans
- Ensure achievement of 1 lac cards from YONO/INB E2E Journey and 5 lac from Branch Journey
- Coordinate with YONO Business, IT, Compliance, and Analytics teams
- Manage customer service escalations and hand deliveries
- Represent SBI Card in P-Review, Strategy Meets, and Governing Council
- Design training manuals and lead All India Sales Training
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years overall experience
- 6-8 years relevant team/domain experience
- Graduation in any discipline
- Experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of application processing
- Understanding of application approval process
- Awareness of bank branch operations
