About the role

ELV Consultancy at Cundall, a global engineering leader focused on zero‑carbon design, seeks a Principal IT/AV Consultant to drive innovative ELV solutions. The role leads technical delivery, mentors engineers and BIM staff, and engages stakeholders across architecture, MEP and installation teams to ensure high‑quality, sustainable building systems. Based in Bengaluru, the position is on‑site with a 45‑hour work week and offers opportunities to shape industry‑leading technical standards and client relationships.

What you’ll do

Lead technical delivery of ELV projects
Mentor engineers and BIM team
Engage stakeholders and clients
Manage project resources and finances
Ensure QA and compliance
Develop technical standards
Support fee bids
Maintain client relationships

What you’ll bring

Chartered Engineer or equivalent, ELV design experience, knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, Audio Visual systems, IT services, BIM, Wired Score

Nice to have

Experience in ELV consultancy, technical supervision, stakeholder engagement, project financial management, mentoring, and technical standards development
