About the role
Guidehouse UI/UX Design team drives the digital experience for Guidehouse’s website and Sitecore platform, creating intuitive, brand‑aligned journeys for B2B audiences. The Manager leads the design system, builds wireframes, user flows, and reusable components in Figma, and partners with marketing, brand, and digital teams to ensure AI‑assisted content stays on‑brand. Chennai, India, on‑site, hybrid model with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Lead and evolve user journeys across web, email, and landing pages
- Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and site maps
- Define and maintain reusable UI components and design systems
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and digital teams to ensure implementation
- Use testing, analytics, and feedback to refine designs
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong B2B digital experience
- Experience with data‑driven design, testing, and accessibility
- Ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders
