About the role

The Solution Architect designs, builds, and oversees scalable CPQ and Salesforce‑based solutions that streamline Lead‑to‑Order and Quote‑to‑Cash workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross‑functional delivery teams. Remote work from India with hybrid flexibility, focusing on enterprise‑level digital transformation initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Define and maintain architectural integrity of CPQ and digital commerce solutions
- Develop scalable designs using Conga CPQ, Salesforce, and related platforms
- Provide architectural guidance across sales, pricing, configuration, and order management workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective designs
- Oversee integration between CPQ platforms, Salesforce, and enterprise systems
- Review technical designs and ensure quality standards during delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for performance and user experience
- Contribute to governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience as a Solution or Technical Architect
- Hands‑on expertise with Conga CPQ or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns
- Deep understanding of Lead‑to‑Order and Quote‑to‑Cash processes
- Experience designing end‑to‑end CPQ and digital commerce architectures
- Proven ability to produce technical design documentation
- Excellent stakeholder communication and translation of business requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment
