About the role

What you’ll do
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout hardware development lifecycle
- Lead cross‑functional forums to share best practices and knowledge
- Oversee design, schematic, and PCB layout of embedded systems
- Collaborate with software team to ensure seamless hardware‑software integration
- Plan project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct hardware testing, validation, and compliance verification
- Make strategic decisions on component selection and vendor relationships
- Promote continuous improvement and documentation of design activities
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- 9-12 years hardware development experience in consumer electronics
- Expertise in digital and analog circuit design
- Proficiency with PCB CAD tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad)
- Experience with microcontrollers, power electronics, and communication interfaces
