AI Operations Production Support Specialist 2

About the role

The AI Operations Production Support Specialist, 2 at Bread Financial ensures the stability, performance, and availability of production systems by applying AIOps tools and methodologies. Day-to-day, the role provides L1–L3 support for AIOps products, monitors operations, troubleshoots client queries, develops and maintains Python scripts, performs data analysis, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor models. Based in Bangalore, India, this hybrid position requires 6 to 8 days per month in the office.

What you’ll do

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for AIOps products
• Monitor and support operations, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth functionality, execution, and troubleshooting
• Analyze and interpret data effectively
• Develop and maintain Python scripts
• Independently understand and address client requirements and queries
• Perform detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Provide updates to stakeholders on status of deployments and any risks and issues

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study
• 2+ years experience as a Production Support Analyst in AI Operations, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, Analytics, or related fields
• Focus in retail financial services or information technology fields utilizing agile methodologies
• Strong background in IT operations, incident management, and automation
• Deep understanding of AIOps technologies
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Ability to develop and maintain Python scripts
• Ability to independently understand and address client requirements and queries

Nice to have

5+ years of experience in AI Operations, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, Analytics, or related fields
