Senior Consultant PMO

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Consultant for its PMO function to support SAP program and project governance. The role involves coordinating program meetings with onsite managers, preparing executive presentations, managing PMO activities, validating contract requirements, supporting statement of work and financial documentation, and handling invoice and purchase order activities. The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires 7+ years of experience in SAP PMO with proficiency in MS Excel.

What you’ll do

• Drive and coordinate program meetings and work together with onsite Project/Program Manager
• Prepare executive and project presentations
• Manage PMO activities and governance
• Support the onsite Program Managers throughout the rollout project
• Perform high-level activities to support the onsite PMO role
• Validate requirements within the scope of the contract
• Support the Delivery head with documentation of statement of work, schedule document, financial documents, and requirements documents for contract actions
• Validate and support invoice-related activities and monitor execution of requirements under the contract

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of experience in SAP PMO
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience validating requirements within the scope of the contract
• Experience supporting invoice-related activities
• Experience with PO creation and governing utilization of POs against approved budget
• Ability to drive and coordinate program meetings with onsite Project/Program Managers
• Ability to prepare executive and project presentations
• Experience managing PMO activities and governance
