About the role

IT Infrastructure Services team at TCS builds and modernizes workflow platforms for Citi's Wealth Operations. As a Python AI Engineer you will develop and ship production-grade AI/ML applications, including Gen-AI automation, using Python, FastAPI, and related libraries. Mumbai office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain AI/ML features for workflow automation
  • Design and implement RESTful services using FastAPI
  • Integrate and optimize data pipelines with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka
  • Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, and ArgoCD
  • Mentor engineers in experiment-driven development

What you’ll bring

  • 4-10 years of experience
  • Proficient in Python and REST APIs
  • Experience with AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, NLTK
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning, LLMs, Gen-AI
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or Oracle and MongoDB
  • Experience with Apache Kafka and message systems
  • Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift
