About the role

Investment Performance & Risk team at Clarion Partners supports investment reporting, data management and performance analytics for real‑estate assets. The analyst collects, validates and reconciles financial and operational data, maintains reporting platforms and investor databases, and assists with performance, risk and attribution reporting. Hyderabad, India, on‑site work model, 2:00 PM‑11:00 PM IST shift.

What you’ll do

• Collect and validate financial and operational data
• Reconcile accounting, fund administration and reporting records
• Maintain data within reporting and analytics platforms
• Gather information from third‑party providers
• Perform data quality reviews and cleansing activities
• Investigate discrepancies in assets, valuations and performance metrics
• Maintain investor and consultant databases
• Support investor reporting and due‑diligence requests
• Prepare data for RFP and RFI submissions
• Assist with performance, risk, attribution and asset reporting
• Support reporting across open‑end and closed‑end funds
• Support data migration and integration initiatives
• Improve reporting workflows and internal controls
• Collaborate with accounting, technology and investment teams
• Coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field
• 2-4 years experience in fund administration, accounting, reporting or data operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with large and complex datasets
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or SQL preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
